Fixed Highway Construction 2009 Edition

新版《公路工程施工定額》是原交通部2007年公布的《公路工程預(yù)算定額》(JTG/T B 06-01-2007 )勞動、機械定額水平確定的基礎(chǔ)依據(jù)，是在原交通部1997年公布的《公路工程施工定額》的基礎(chǔ)上，通過調(diào)查研究及綜合分析各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市交通廳（局、委員會）及部分大型公路施工企業(yè)提供公路工程施工定額資料，并參照其他有關(guān)部門的勞動定額，由權(quán)威機構(gòu)——交通公路工程定額站組織編制的，作為全國公路建設(shè)領(lǐng)域通用的施工定額標準。

    新版《公路工程施工定額》以交通運輸部2007年以前頒布的各項施工及驗收技術(shù)規(guī)范、安全操作規(guī)程及其他有關(guān)規(guī)定為依據(jù)編制，其工程質(zhì)量要求均按國家或地方制定的施工及驗收技術(shù)規(guī)范、工程質(zhì)量檢驗評定標準、技術(shù)規(guī)程中有關(guān)質(zhì)量要求和質(zhì)量標準執(zhí)行。
同時根據(jù)公路工程的特點，本定額除列有勞動定額外，還列有機械定額，有的項目還同時列出勞動定額和機械定額。
本定額中所列機械的臺班定額，均不包括在《公路工程機械臺班費用定額》中規(guī)定配備的操作機械工人的勞動定額。

新版《公路工程施工定額》將于2009年7月1日起實施，并授權(quán)人民交通獨家發(fā)行
